Artist's Statement

I strive to continuingly refresh my work, trying new things and new combinations, and never losing sight of the passion and the joy with which I started.

My major paintings are audacious. My aim is to merge old master realism, impressionist color, and my own mythology of a blooming humanity.  

There are three things that when combined set me apart from artists of today:

-Expressing the joy of freedom;

-Using imaginative techniques to reach those aims;

-And having mastered a broad fundamental visual language.

My hope is to reach intelligent, passionate people who think for themselves, and strive for a full and exciting life.
